This feature is available on Quillbot and Ginger. With this feature, you can produce grammatical and spelling-free content with ease.

While using these tools, I realized that Ginger didn’t detect the grammatical errors that Quillbot detected, and Ginger only checks grammatical errors in English. 

While Quillbot checks errors in English, German, French, and Spanish.

2. Multiple Languages

Quilbot supports 23 languages, but this feature is only available on desktops. 

With this feature, you can write content for your clients whose native language isn’t English. 

Ginger only supports the English language; therefore, you can’t write content in other languages.

3. Summarizer

Only Quillbot has this feature. With this feature, you can reduce longer texts or pieces of content into shorter ones with their main idea retained. 

Quillbot does this by picking out the keywords in a text or piece of content and building shorter content using the keywords.

4. Proofreading Tool

Both tools have this feature. With this online proofreader, your content is thoroughly scanned for wrong word usage, grammar, or spelling errors to ensure that quality content is produced. 

If you are an editor, you can make use of this tool.

For Ginger, you can only access this tool through its online app while for Quillbot, this tool is available on all platforms.

Quillbot checks your content for any plagiarized sentences and also shows you the work picked up as plagiarized so you can make changes to it. This feature is only available on Quillbot’s paid plans. So you can try it out.

8. Sentence Rephraser

Both tools have this feature but on Quillbot. This feature makes it easy for you to write high-quality content. 

Ginger rephrases sentences by replacing them with idioms or synonyms to prevent the content from sounding boring.

On the other hand, Quillbot rephrases and paraphrases content in different modes. For the free plan, users only get access to the standard and fluency modes while the paid plan has other modes that can be used. 

9. Essay Checker

Quillbot and Ginger have this feature available for their users. If you’re a student or a teacher that often writes lengthy Essays, you can make use of this Essay checker to correct your grammatical, and spelling errors.

You can also use this Essay checker to avoid the usage of wrong words and also proofread your essay before submission.

This feature is only available on the Ginger app but Quillbot has this feature available on all its platforms and it’s also available in its free plan.

This feature is only available on Quillbot. This is an important feature of Quillbot. Quillbot’s AI thesaurus feature allows users to click on a particular word or phrase and substitute it with a list of synonyms.

It is a good feature that helps you use the correct word while editing your written content.

3. Team Plan

To access this plan, you’ll have to contact the sales team. This plan is for anyone with a large team. 

If your team consists of 5-10 writers, you get to pay $3.75 monthly while for 11-50 writers, you get to pay $3.33 per month.

The price of this plan depends on the number of people on your team. If you have three members, the price for this plan costs $29.97 per month and if you wish to pay per member, it costs $9.99 monthly.

The only downside to this tool is that it has a wide pricing plan and it can be hard to choose the plan that is best for you.

Quillbot is great as a paraphrasing tool with other features like a grammar checker, tone checker, and plagiarism checker, which can be used to improve the readability and authenticity of your content while helping it rank on search engines.

However, your choice of writing assistant will depend on the writing features you need in the software and your budget.
